Mr. Segal is a former New York State Family Court Judge who sat in New York City from April 1991 until April 2001. Before becoming a judge, he was the Director of Building Service 32B-J Legal Services Fund, a prepaid legal services program for the members of the largest local union in the nation. Prior to that, he held several other positions, including Assistant Director of DC37 Municipal Employees Legal Services and Director of Litigation at Bronx Legal Services Corporation. Over the years, Mr. Segal has frequently lectured on domestic relations law, interstate and international child abduction, trial practice, evidence, and negotiation theory and consulted on statutory reform of child abuse, neglect and termination of parental rights law. As a practicing attorney and a judge, he has focused on family law issues for more than 30 years.

Margery A. Greenberg T. 212-297-0503 E.

Ms. Greenberg has been a practicing attorney since February, 1984, having obtained her J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law in May, 1983. She has practiced primarily in the areas of family and matrimonial law for almost all of her professional career. Ms. Greenberg is formerly the co-chair of the Matrimonial and Family Law Committee of the New York Women's Bar Association and currently a member of the Inter-disciplinary Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. In addition, she has lectured extensively on Family Law and matrimonial issues, before union legal services organizations and bar associations.
